Standard Participation:
It includes participation in the event, hotel accommodation and domestic travel.
Fair only Participation:
It includes participation in the event only.

How many venue can I select to participate in?
You can participate in as many venue as you feel like. It is recommended that you participate in all venues.

Where should I send my Brochures and Materials for the event?
Please check your email. Incase you are yet to receive the Freight & Material info, please request the same at info@trimaxinternational.com  

How do I prepare myself for the event?
Simple. Choose the venues, Pack your bags and come to India. 

What about Visa?
We issue you the Invitation Letter to attach with your visa application while applying for your visa. Assistance is provided wherever required. 

How do I book my hotels and domestic flights in India?
Tour cost includes Hotel Accommodation and domestic flights. However, incase you have opted for "Tour only" participation, please check for assistance with our help desk.

What type of hotel can I expect to stay at?
In general we select hotels with a minimum 4 star rating with most being 5 stars. In general, we do provide breakfast as part of your stay.

Well, all done now, how do I register myself for the event?
The registration process is simple. You will have to fill the Participant registration form and pay the registration deposit. This can only be done online. On receipt of your confirmation, an Application Reference Number (ARN) and invoice for your participation shall be emailed and faxed to you.
