Standard Participation:
It includes participation in the tour, Accommodation and domestic airfare, and campus visits where available.

Plus Taxes payable extra as applicable. (Current Service Tax rate @ 10.3%)
Tour only Participation:
Includes tour participation only, and campus visits where available.
Cost in INR 432,050.00 Cost is US$ 8500.00
Plus Taxes payable extra as applicable. (Current Service Tax rate @ 10.3%)
Armchair Recruitment Participation:
Cost in INR 203,400.00 Cost is US$ 4000.00
Plus Taxes payable extra as applicable. (Current Service Tax rate @ 10.3%)
Payment Terms
US$ 1000 as initial deposit at time of confirmation of Participation. Balance payment within Fourteen (14) days of the date of the Invoice issued by Trimax.
All taxes, as applicable at time of invoicing will be payable, in addition to the participation fees. Currently, the Service Tax is charged @ 10.3%.
Universities may send more than one representative on the tour. As a general rule, the cost addition for additional representative is 50% of the full price if Standard Participation is selected. Where a Fair only participation is chosen, there is no restriction on the number of representatives.
