Publicity
Trimax uses all channels of publicity using various media platforms for maximum turnout. Flyers will be sent to schools, colleges, universities, education centers etc. In addition, flyer(s) will be provided to the participating institutions for mailings to prospective students, colleagues, and alumni.
Online Student Registration Service
Successful recruitment takes place when admissions officers interact with students who want the programs their institutions offer and the students meet minimum academic and financial requirements. The Online Student Registration Service is designed to facilitate these interactions by putting admissions officers in touch with students who register on our website but are not able to visit the Event on the event day. Details of these students will be provided to all participating members.
During the Event
University Events
Events are well-publicised programs that attract prospective applicants at the undergraduate and graduate level. These Events are open to the public and admission is free. They are held in convenient, well-known venues, at convenient time. Audiences range varies in size from 300-1500, depending on the market. All students are registered at all event venues. Each participant has a table in the venue. Students and parents have the opportunity to speak with the representatives about their institutions.
Cultural Activities
